Refund policy

Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that you can only process return/exchange once and all costs will be shouldered by the buyer unless it involves a damaged product.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at capitalweb@top-inc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We only allow refunds for damaged and out-of-stock items. Only a return/exchange will be allowable for change of mind (ex. wrong size). Please email us at capitalweb@top-inc.com to start a refund request. We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded based on your payment method within the following time frames:

  • Credit Card: Up to 3 business days for us to process your refund and up to 15 business days for it to reflect on your account.
  • Debit Card: Up to 3 business days for us to process your refund and up to 45 business days for it to reflect on your account.
